This is a very interesting Lunkenheimer Crown No 4 Oiler. Someone replaced the original swing top with a wooden handle at some point in it’s life. I popped the handle off (It looks like an old chisel or screwdriver handle) to check the shaft and it looks like the original shaft is still complete if you wish to put a swing top back on it (see pics). The valve still turns as it should, and both sight glasses are in excellent condition. Needs a bit of a cleaning. I have a ton more hit & miss oilers coming! Please check out my other auctions! Beautiful and very hard to find rare large no. 8 brass Lunkenheimer Alpha Hand Pump Lubricator/Oiler with 1/2 stem. Cleaned and shined, has some wear marks. Here’s a VERY RARE oiler. This is a #1 Victor Swingtop made by Lunkenheimer Cincinnati Ohio. This is a very rare style and size of oiler. I’ve had hundreds of oilers through the years, but hardly any Swingtop Victors. This one is in very nice shape & would make a great showpiece on an engine or on the shelf. The swing arm and needle are in great shape and work nicely. Beautiful golden color – has not been polished, just great original patina. There are no wrench marks, damage, cracks, or blemishes of any kind that I can see. About as nice of original oiler as you’ll ever find! This is a very hard to find original Lunkenheimer #2 Champion Rod Cup connecting rod or crank pin oiler for a hit and miss gas or steam engine. It is in very nice original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and about 4 inches tall. It is complete with the cover and all of the internals and should be ready to go to work. It has 3/8 inch NPT pipe threads that are in great shape. The mounting hex is a bit rounded but is still serviceable. It has a very nice overall patina that would look great on a nice original engine! These original Champion rod oilers are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you need one for an authentic restoration don’t miss your chance! The pictures tell the story. Here is an extremely difficult to find 3/4 L. Lunkenheimer carb or fuel mixer with a throttle valve. The fuel inlet pipe union piece and nut is missing and an inlet has been soldered in. It should work fine as is or would be easy to redo. Take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it! Missing fuel inlet assembly and has a piece soldered in. The air valve has a normal amount of wear. I try to list items very accurately but my opinions on condition may vary from yours. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. If you haven’t caught on this is supposed to be mildly funny but yet serious at the same time. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper you I won’t take it back.
