This is a real nice original cast iron crankguard or fender for a larger hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is part number 115K and is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has original patina as can be seen. It has a boss on the top to mount a drip oiler for the connecting rod bearing. It mounts with two holes about 6 7/8 inches apart on center. Please check your notes to be sure it works for your application. If you know what engine this goes on please educate me! These cast iron crankguards are rather tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they’re so often missing so if you need one here’s your chance! The pictures tell the story. HOT Low Tension Magneto. (not for use with a spark plug). For use with John Deere, Associated or United Hit and Miss Engine. Bench tested – HOT with test light. Refurbished – installed a new pot metal case and recharged the magnets. Base has 2 mounting holes that measure 2 apart-on-center. Please feel free to call me with questions. If you don’t see a part you need listed, good chance I just haven’t gotten around to it yet, so just check with me. Like I said, I have been doing this a long time and try to list everything accurately and to provide a detailed explanation of the item, both good and the bad. Here is a Webster M magneto. It makes an excellent spark. No bearing wear can be felt. The armature spins freely when the springs are taken off without any drag. The name tag or brass band may have been repaired. There is no signs of any cracking on the body of the mag. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. The mounting pattern is about 1-1/2″ x 2″, all studs tight in their holes. No cracking on the body of the mag. The brass band may be repaired but that doesn’t matter at all. Armature spins freely with springs off, no armature drag. Strong magnetic pull can be felt when turning the armature. This is a low tension magneto meant to work with an igniter. It will not produce a spark that will jump an air gap no matter who tells you it will or how close you hold the wire to ground.. It makes a spark that can be seen when the igniter points open. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. If you haven’t caught on this is supposed to be mildly funny but yet serious at the same time. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper you I won’t take it back. ASSOCIATED UNITED OTTAWA 303K62 Webster Magneto Ignitor Hit Miss Engine Motor

This is an original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for an Associated, United, Ottawa, or other hit and miss gas engine. It should fit all sizes of the Associated/United and also Ottawa engines but please measure your engine to be sure it will work for you. It is bracket number 303K62 and seems to be in good shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It needs a new roller but these are readily available or you may have on in stock already. The points are in great shape and the movable shaft has very little noticeable wear and moves as it should. It mounts with two holes 2 inches apart on center and the magneto mounts on a 2 x 2 inch hole pattern. After the addition of a roller and some very minor attention this should be a good, usable ignitor. If you need an Associated, United, or Ottawa ignitor bracket for any reason here is a pretty nice one. The pictures tell the story. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.

This is an original Webster JZ low tension magneto for a hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. The JZ was used on the vertical IHC Famous (with a correct trip finger) and 4hp horizontal Famous/Titan engines. It was also used on several other engines. It is in great shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of other than some rust pitting on top of the magnets and deterioration on the name band which are strictly cosmetic. It has newer springs on it and almost no noticeable wear in the bearings or on the trip finger. It mounts on a 2 3/16 x 2 13/16 inch hole pattern. The magnets have just been recharged and this magneto puts out a very hot spark that is ready to run an engine if set up properly. If you need a brass JZ magneto for any reason here is a pretty nice one. The pictures tell the story. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.

This is an original fuel mixer or carburetor for a small Nelson Brothers hit and miss gas engine. It is part number P-4 and is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs except for a new choke plate which was nicely done and effective. It fits into a 1 3/16 hole in the bottom of the head and is from a 1 1/2 or 2hp engine. The fuel needle moves as it should and is in great shape. This was on a running engine when removed from service. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! This is an original cast iron piston and connecting rod for a 1hp International Harvester Mogul throttle governed gas engine. It has a part number of 1850T and 1910T. It is in good, used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind but the rod bearing, wrist pin and bushing, and rings will need to be replaced. It measures about 3 inches in diameter. VERY nice original International Harvester Type L rotary low tension magneto. Several applications including 1 1/2hp and 3hp Type M engines with ignitor ignition, 1hp Titan/Famous and possibly others. It’s in great shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of except for a very slight crack in ear on the housing which will affect nothing. It turns over smoothly with excellent magnetic pull and puts out a very hot spark that will surely run your engine if set up properly. It mounts with two holes 2 inches apart on center and the threads are in great shape. It has a 30 tooth gear on it for the 1 1/2hp M which could be swapped out for the correct gear for your application as needed. It has the original name band on it and it’s ready to go to work on an engine or would be a great spare on the shelf for the next time you need one as they just don’t come along very often! These IHC Type L magnetos are quite tough to find especially in this condition so don’t miss your chance if you need one for any reason. Let the pictures be your guide. You’ll like it.
