This is a very nice original and VERY hard to find brass specialty valve for a Minneapolis steam traction engine. I don’t know exactly what engine it is for and may fit several so if you know please educate me. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know or. It is complete with the original star handle and drain. It appears to be a sediment trap of sorts. It has 3/4″ npt female threads in both places and has “29M in raised numbers on the body. Everything seems to move and function as it should. This is a very nice original example. If you need one for any reason this one should serve the purpose. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. These original brass specialty valves are almost impossible to find in. The wild or even at swap meets so don’t miss your chance one this one.
