THERE IS A OIL CONTAINER ON THE CART YOU WILL SEE THERE IS SOME ROT ON THE CONTAINER. THIS IS THE ONLY AREA ON THIS ENGINE AND CART THAT IS LIKE THIS. I HAVE LOOKED ALL OVER THIS ENGINE VERY WELL. THIS ENGINE WAS TAKEN CARE OF VERY WELL AND IS A GREAT COLLECTABLE PIECE. I HAVE TRIED TO DO MY BEST WITH PHOTOS IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK. CART IS TIGHT AND STRONG.
