DETROIT LUBRICATOR CO BRASS OILER FOR HIT AND MISS-STEAM ENGINE. This oiler is massive, it weights 18lbs and is 20 in length. It is marked in very small lettering [DETROIT LUBRICATOR CO] and is stamped [1/2 GALLON 916653]. Both sight glasses are intact and without any chips or cracks. All three knobs are in place. The two knobs on the upper half are in great condition and the lower knob has a few nicks/scratches. This oiler has the normal scratches to its body, but it is free of dents. Overall it is in remarkably good shape and appears to be in usable condition. [I would love to see the BEAST this thing would go on]. Almost all of my items are used, vintage, and/or antique.
