This is a very hard to find original 1 brass fuel mixer for a hit and miss type gas engine. It is in outstanding condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of and everything moves as it should. It mounts 1 npt threads and they are in great shape. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. I believe this is a very early mixer as evidenced by the number markings around the fuel needle disc. I also believe this mixer is ready to be used on an engine or put in your inventory as a spare. These original brass mixers, especially ones as nice as this one are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! This is a very hard to find original brass fuel mixer for an early outboard, marine, or other gas engine. It is in outstanding condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of and everything moves as it should. It mounts with two holes 1 3/4 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. It has 1/8 male threads for the fuel line connection and they are in great shape. As can be seen this mixer will need a fuel needle and a compensating valve in the bottom. After those additions I believe this mixer would be ready to be used on an engine or put in your inventory as a spare. These original brass mixers, especially ones as nice as this one are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! This is an original fuel mixer or carburetor for a Nelson Brothers or Nelson Brothers-built hit and miss gas engine. It may fit other models or sizes so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. The fuel needle is stuck and should come loose with some heat or electrolysis. It mounts with two holes 2 7/8 inches apart on center and the hole in the flange is 1 1/2 in diameter. I believe this is for a 7hp or possibly a 5hp but please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. With a little effort this mixer should be ready to be used on an engine or put in your inventory as a spare. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! Here is a very nice carb or fuel mixer for a small Associated or United hit and miss engine. Seems to be in great shape and ready to use. There are no cracks, breaks, or welds.
