For your consideration is an original Witte Carburetor or Fuel Mixer. I believe it’s for a 2hp Model B but I could be wrong. It has 1-1/2″ outside diameter and 3/4″ deep of the smooth part that Mounts it in the head. Both fuel adjustment needles move, the butterfly moves as it should. It’s a little rusty inside but should clean up. I’m unsure what threads are on the tank side line. It’s in original patina. The center piece on top is spring loaded as it should be. The choke plate is missing, I don’t have one for it. It has 3/4 NPT threads on top with a replacement pipe. It’s in original patina. This is an original kerosene fuel mixer or carburetor for a small Stover throttling governor gas engine. It may fit other models or sizes so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. Both of the needles move as they should but it needs the throttle shaft freed up which shouldn’t be a real big project. It mounts with two holes 1 15/16 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. After just some minor effort this mixer should be ready to be used on an engine or put in your inventory as a spare. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration or to replace your broken or repaired one here’s your chance.
