A rare unbuilt Rowland Mfg. Model kit in excellent condition. There are 4 castings in cast iron. The base, the cylinder, the head and the flywheel. The flywheel is about 5 1/2 inches in diameter. Unfortunately there is no name plate. There are over 35 pages of blue prints and instructions. I believe this model kit was put out by the Rowland Co. Almost 20 years ago and hard to find now.
