This is an original cast iron crankcase or block for a 1hp Fairbanks Morse Jack Jr gas engine. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It even has a small amount of original paint on it. This sub base should be ready to be used under an engine. The pictures tell the story. These original unbroken, unrepaired crankcases are quite tough to find so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It would be a great replacement for yours with a broken or repaired mounting foot. For your consideration is an original Fairbanks Morse Z carburetor/fuel mixer. This is for the smaller throttle governed engines such as the dishpan or spoked flywheel Z, in the 1-1/2 to 2hp size but NOT the ZD. This is painted green with yellow needle valves. Both needle valves turn as they should. The 2x 7/16″ mounting holes are 2-1/4″ on center. The throttle moves and is spring loaded. FAIRBANKS MORSE Jack Jr Headless Z 6 Cast Iron Belt Pulley Hit Miss Gas This is a real nice original cast iron pulley for a fairbanks Morse Jack junior 1 hp hit and miss gas engine or other implement. It was originally for a Fairbanks Morse Jack Jr or a Headless Z engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has some lite rust on it but nothing that takes away from its looks or functionality. It has a 4 1/2 inch face and is 6 inches in diameter. It mounts to every other spoke of the flywheel with three holes 3 7/8 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. These original cast iron pulleys are rather tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really set an engine off! They also make it possible to run belt driven implements with your engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance. Here is an igniter for a Headless Fairbanks Morse Z engine. It is stuck and will need loosened up before use. In my experience it should come apart very easily with some heat. It will also probably need some new springs but those are easy to get. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For the 1-1/2hp Headless Z. Stuck, will need loosened up before use. For your consideration, is an original cylinder head for a Fairbanks Morse model Z style B 5hp engine. The 3/4″ mounting holes are 4-1/2″ on center but I believe they’re 5/8″ studs, the overall diameter is 7-5/8″. A 1-1/2NPT pipe threaded into the exhaust port by hand. The valves move and are spring loaded. The carburetor mounting holes are 3-1/4″ on center, with a 1-1/4″ intake hole. The 1/2 NPT threads for the spark plug are in good condition. It has a repair on the water jacket which appears to be well done and isn’t noticeable well when on the engine. It’s in original patina. This is an original cast iron starting crank for a Fairbanks Morse T and H hit and miss gas engines. It fits on a 2 inch crankshaft and will work to start many engines but it came from the factory with an early Fairbanks Morse engine. It is part number 24BK1. The starting lug is in excellent condition and functions as it should. I believe this is for the 6hp engines but please measure your engine to be sure it will work for you. It is missing the wooden spinner but the original bolt is in the handle. This crank should be ready to go to work starting an engine! These cranks are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you need one to complete a restoration here it is. It would surely make starting your engine easier! Everything turns and moves, I don’t see any detrimental cracks breaks or welds as these commonly have since they’re made of pot metal on the bracket. They may need lubed up to turn more easily. It doesn’t have the rod that goes down the front of the bracket to the engine base. For your consideration is the original igniter/mag bracket for a 1919 FAIRBANKS MORSE 1 1/2hp Z SUMTER PLUGOSCILLATOR Mag. It is in original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It mounts to the side of the head with two holes 2-3/8 inches apart on center. Everything moves as it should. The magneto mounts with two holes 2 inches apart on center. This engine was produced by Fairbanks Morse for less than one year. These 1-1/2hp brackets are much harder to find than the 3 and 6hp size. The last pic is a screenshot from a vid of testing it with a battery and coil to show that it works when the hammer trips. This is a real nice original cast iron pulley for a hit and miss gas engine or other implement. It was originally for a Fairbanks Morse Jack Jr or Headless Z engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has some nice original green paint on it and would look great on an original engine! It has a 4 1/2 inch face and is 6 inches in diameter. It mounts to every other spoke of the flywheel with three holes 3 7/8 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. It will fit on any engine with an adapter plate. These original cast iron pulleys are rather tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really set an engine off! They also make it possible to run belt driven implements with your engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance.
