This is a very scarce Wizard 2S low tension rotary magneto for an old engine. I believe it had applications on some of the smaller Root and Vandervoort engines as well as others. It has a brass body and is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs other than the missing name band which should be available as a reproduction. It mounts with two holes 2 inches apart on center and the mounting threads are in great shape. It has very minimal wear in the rear bearing and turns over nicely with great magnetic pull. It has great spark and should be ready to be used on an engine. I don’t know what the gear is on it and it could surely be changed to the gear of your choice. These rotary Wizard magnetos are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one.
