This is a fairly hard to find cast iron muffler for a 1 1/2, 2, and 2 1/2hp Simplicity hit and miss gas engine made by Turner Manufacturing Company. It is a brand new faithful reproduction. It is cast iron and measures about 5 1/2 inches in diameter. It is part number XA43 and has 1 npt pipe threads. It is assembled with correct style original fasteners and is ready to be used on an engine or put on the shelf for a spare. If you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It will likely be a long time before another one turns up! Let the pictures be your guide. You won’t be disappointed in any way.

Here is a nice reproduction Fairbanks Morse pot muffler. This muffler would also work and look great for any engine with 1 1/2 NPT. Please check out the pictures and see if you need it. Approximately 10 1/2 tall. Approximately 7 1/2″ diameter on the ends and 11″ at the widest point.
