Here is a real nice original diecast magneto gear for a Sparta Economy hit and miss gas engine. It measures about 2 3/4 inches in diameter with a 1/2 inch face. It has a 3/8 inch keyed hole for the magneto armature shaft. It is about 7/8 inch thick through the bore. It has 20 teeth and they are in great shape. They have very little noticeable wear if any at all. This gear has no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It looks to have hardly been used and is ready to be put to work on an engine. These original gears are getting pretty tough to find. Don’t miss it.

This is a nice original Michigan Model 495 oiler for a hit and miss gas engine. It has a vent tube and a check ball in the base which means it was made to oil the cylinder of an engine. It measures about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and about 5 1/2 inches tall. Both glasses are good and everything seems to function as it should. The 3/8 npt threads and wrench hex are in good shape. This oiler has nice original patina and should be ready for use. It would also make a great spare on the shelf for a future project. These oilers were used on some Fairbanks Morse and Fuller and Johnson engines and are actually pretty hard to find! The pictures tell the story. Here is an original head for a Fuller Johnson engine. Looks to be in great shape and ready to use. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. The top carb mounting holes are about 1-5/8 apart on center. The bottom carb mount hole is 3-9/16 from either top hole. The valves seem to fit very nicely with only minimal wear. Nice original base from a 1 1/2HP Sattley Field & Brundage built engine. No breaks or cracks. This engine had a 1 1/4 crank shaft. I included lots of measurements in the pictures so for the absolute best description please see all photos! This item is rather larger and heavy.

It mounts with two holes in the bracket and could easily be used not only as an idler pulley but also as a tensioner for the belt with a couple slotted holes. The pulley moves smoothly and has minimal wear in the bearing. This is a rather hard to find original ignitor for a 1 1/2-12hp Associated or United hit and miss or throttle-governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It has minimal wear on the shaft. It is part number ABS and mounts with two holes 2 inches apart on center. This ignitor will fit all of the sizes of Associated and United engines but please measure your engine or consult your parts book to be sure. It will work for both early and late style trips.
