Real nice older restoration 11 Air Cooled Ideal Model R. Has the original fan, shroud, and muffler. Early engine with the brass tag. In great shape with excellent compression. Brass carburetor is off but included. Will need a fuel line. No cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of other than a slight chip on the flywheel hub and pulley lip which won’t affect anything. Nice little manageable engine! I can deliver for free (or a cold beverage) to Coolspring, PA, later this month or LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, or Portland, IN, next year. It can stay here as long as needed as long as it’s paid for. This is a pretty nice original Wico EK magneto for a spark plug fired hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. These magnetos were used on many gas engines of the day. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. Everything seems to be in great shape for its age. I checked it just before I took the pictures and it puts out a good, hot spark that should run your engine if it is set up properly. The threads in the mounting holes are in great shape. It is serial number 105638 and has the original serial tag on the top. These Wico EK magnetos are getting tougher to find every day so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. This is a very interesting Lunkenheimer Crown No 4 Oiler. Someone replaced the original swing top with a wooden handle at some point in it’s life. I popped the handle off (It looks like an old chisel or screwdriver handle) to check the shaft and it looks like the original shaft is still complete if you wish to put a swing top back on it (see pics). The valve still turns as it should, and both sight glasses are in excellent condition. Needs a bit of a cleaning. I have a ton more hit & miss oilers coming! Please check out my other auctions! This is a rather hard to find original International Harvester Type R low tension magneto for an old engine. It was factory equipment on the 6hp IHC Type M engines and the 1, 1 3/4, and 2 1//2hp Mogul engines.. It was also used on the vertical IHC Famous and 2 1/2hp Famous engines. It is in used condition and has an well done old repair on the nose housing that won’t be seen. It has a chip on the rear housing that could easily be repaired but it doesn’t really affect anything the way it is. The threads in the mounting holes are in great shape. The magneto has an original gear on it for a 6hp M but it has some deterioration as can be seen. The gear could easily be changed for the correct gear for a Mogul or 6hp M. The magneto turns smoothly as it should with good magnetic pull. It has very minimal wear in the bearings and has the original name band on it. The magnets have just been charged and it puts out a good, hot, blue spark that will surely run an engine if it is set up properly. These original IHC Type R magnetos are getting tougher to find every day so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. Early 1 1/2hp Waterloo Boy on original factory cart. Engine has older paint with quite a bit of original underneath. It should be pretty easy to strip down to the original layer. Engine has been shown in the past couple years and turns over nicely with decent compression but may benefit from new rings. Has original gear guard, crank guard, and non original muffler. No cracks, breaks, or repairs on the engine or cart that I can see or know of. Shouldn’t take much to make noise with it! It is missing the name tag but good reproductions are available quite inexpensively. I can deliver for free to Coolspring, PA, later this year. This is a real nice original brass oiler for a hit and miss engine, steam engine, or other piece of a machinery. It is about a #4 size made by Wilkinson in Massachusetts although it is unmarked as many Wilkinson oilers are. These oilers were used on some of the early Domestic and Sandwich engines and several other early hit and miss engines. It has a vent tube in it so it was meant to oil the cylinder of a gas engine. Everything seems to works as it should. It stands about 7 1/2 inches tall overall and is about 3 1/8 inches in diameter at it’s largest. It has 3/8 inch NPT pipe threads and they are in great shape. Both glasses look to be in good shape. It may need new gaskets but that’s the fun part. It has the original filler cap. Other than possible gaskets it should be ready to go to work on an engine or other piece of machinery with no extra attention as far as I can tell! These early Wilkinson oilers are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets. It would even make a great spare on the shelf. The pictures tell the story. You’ll like it.
