Here is a nice old shaft mount clutch pulley. I think its originally for and Associated or United engine but it would look great on many different old engines.. The parts of this pulley are stuck. I think it would loosen up easily. In my experience clutch pulleys like this always come apart without to much work. If it were actually mounted on an engine it would be easier to grab on to and see if it would turn. Check out the pictures and see if you need it.
