Heres a very unique Maytag! The best way I can describe it: A past owner has basically made this a Hot Rod Motor. It was converted from kick start to rope start at that time. The big smoke stack makes a great sound, and is sure to draw attention. Great for showing at an engine show or to your buddies! It runs great and starts easy, even with the rope start. I own several of these Maytags in my collection, and they are a great hobby. Everything is included, even the custom cart! This would look great at an engine show, or just have it to teach the grandkids about history! I will try to leave it intact as much as possible, so that you can easily reassemble it. Out of syracuse, ny. These engines were built for real type mowers. This engine is very small and in really nice shape. The only thing that looks not factory is they have a pin through the flywheel hub, i think there is supposed to be a pin in there but i could be wrong. Otherwise the engine is in excellent shape, with no cracks, breaks or welds anywhere. These engines are very few and far between, this is the first one i have ever owned. It shouldn’t take more than an afternoon of tinkering to have this running like a top. If you collect rare engines, or oddball aircooleds, here is your chance to ad one to your collection. I can deliver this engine for free to coolspring, pa or portland, in events this year.
