This is a real nice original 16 1/2 inch cast iron clutch pulley for a hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind other than a slight chip on one of the wooden shoes that won’t affect anything. It has a 8 1/4 inch face and is 16 1/2inches in diameter. It has a 2 1/2 inch bore to find on the chankshaft and they key is still in it. It cold be bored larger or bushed down to accommodate your application. Everything works as it should and I believe it is ready to go to work on an engine! This style clutch pulley was used on Stover engines and many other engines. These original bigger clutch pulleys are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really set an engine off! They also make it possible to run belt driven implements with your engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance. This one is ready to be put to work on an engine or put into your inventory for a spare. The pictures tell the story. Older restoration 1/2hp STOVER Duro air cooled engine. No cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of other than a chipped governor weight ear on the flywheel which should be a fairly easy repair. It is missing the governor weights and the original air pipe. It turns over nicely with excellent compression and the gears are in great shape. Nice little manageable engine! Would be a great addition to your early air cooled engine collection. I can deliver for free (or a cold beverage) to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, next year. I have put in a new rocker arm, new piston rings and new piston rod bearings. It has good spark, good compression. It just needs a gas tank, and with a little tinkering it should run. Not seen as often – Small Open crank version of the coffin top – these dated between the older tulip top style and the closed case coffin top CT line. Has good compression think its missing a ring should have real good compression with a quick hone and another ring, it. Has a couple well done repairs. Very small engine on original steel skids. Stover K 1 1/2 HP Engine – Tulip Top. Older Stover engine – I believe it dates in the 19 – TEENS. Has a very nice hot original Webster magneto. Nice original fuel tank. CART INCLUDED – Very Nice Cart, it has a special attachment so you can hook it to a garden tractor to pull it around.
