Here is a very nice Brass Webster M magneto frame. It is very tight, with no amount of wear that I can feel. It spins freely just as it should. I opened it up and the original coils are in it and look good to me. If you have a pot metal mag that is falling apart just change the parts over to this brass frame!! Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. If you have any questions 419 789 1159. Extremely Hard To Find! 1-1/2″ x 2″ mounting pattern. All the studs are in great shape and are tight in their holes. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. In my opinion this is a great magneto. Nice original mag serial #297975. 2 bolt mounting threads in good shape. 2 center on center mounting. No breaks, crack, or welds that I can see. I apologize for any inconvenience. Here is a nice Webster K magneto. It is very hot and in great shape. The bearings are very tight, only a very minimal amount of wear. It spins freely with the springs off just as it should. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. If you have any questions 419 789 1159. SPECIAL NOTE: This is a low tension magneto, it is meant to work with an igniter and will not produce at spark that will jump an air gap. It will not work with a spark plug. The spark it produces can be observed by rubbing a wire from the terminal against the case of the mag while turning the shaft. It does have to be timed to the engine. 2″ x 2″ mounting pattern. Here is a very nice Sumter AP low tension magneto. This mag appears to be in great original condition. It produces a very nice hot spark. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. SPECIAL NOTE: This is a low tension magneto, it is meant to work with an igniter and will not produce at spark that will jump an air gap. It will not work with a spark plug. The spark it produces can be observed by rubbing a wire from the terminal against the case of the mag while turning the shaft. It does have to be timed to the engine. 2″ x 3-1/8″ mounting pattern on the bottom. The mounting holes have perfect threads. No wear can be felt. The gear is about 2-1/4 in diameter and has 16 teeth. I think this mag is ready to start and run your engine. This is a heavy mag, it weighs about 20 lbs before any box or packing material. Sumpter No 22 Low Tension Magneto. Bench tested and guaranteed to be a HOT mag. 3 15/16 mounting pattern. The base mounting plate is cracked on one corner – see photos. The brass band has a crack on the top – see photos. In my personal opinion, this mag is in good condition and ready to use. I apologize for any inconvenience.
