Governor Bracket & Cam Gear for. 3HP – 6HP Fairbanks Morse Z. Throttle Governed Gas Engine. Bracket and gear are in good condition and ready to use. For use on a 3-6 HP Fairbanks Morse Z throttle governed engine. Cast iron bracket with hints of the original green paint. Mag mounts 3 7/8 center to center. 4 7/16 center to center 2 bolt engine mounting. NOTE: Would need to remove the trip roller if this gear is to be used with a rotary mag like the R, J or RV. ZCA28A on cast iron gear. Cast iron gear has about 7 1/8 diameter. 70 straight teeth that are 3/4″ wide and spaced 3/16″ apart. Includes the advanced retard/trip roller on the gear that is to be used with AB33 mag. Condition: Nice original part with n o breaks, cracks or welds that I can see however, d. Head specifically removed from a throttle governed 3Hp Fairbanks Morse Z spark plug engine. This head has a freeze crack and will need repaired before being installed! Valves are loose and move freely, for best results a quick lapping and clean job would probably be a good idea! Original part number ZBA5. The 4 head mounting holes are spaced 4 1/4 apart from each other on centers. The carburetor mounting holes are 3 3/16 apart on centers. Keep in mind this item is old and used and will require some work before being able to be put to work! Please see pictures for the absolute best description!

This is a nice original Hays 3/8 brass gas-regulating diamond valve. It is fresh from a collection where it lived in retirement for decades. It is in good, used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs and moves as it should. It is missing the lever but the square stud moves very nicely even without it. The 3/8 threads are in great shape as can be seen. It has nice original patina and should be ready to go to work for you. It would also make a great spare on the shelf for a future project. Takes AB33 or AB34 magneto 2 3/16 center to center for magneto locator pins. 3 1/2 center to center engine mounting holes. Clamps mount 3 7/8 apart – one post is broken off in the hole and will need removed – see photos. Gear has 50 straight teeth and 5 diameter part no. I do my best to describe each item. Carburetor for 3hp – 6hp Fairbanks Morse Throttle Governed Engine. The gas line is fitted for the 3HP only. The carb itself will work for the 3HP or 6HP. Fairbanks Morse Z throttle governed engine. 3 1/4 apart on center carb mounting. The needle valve that goes to the starter side of carb is good. The needle valve that goes to gas tank is good. Cast iron original part no. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to call me with questions. I think this is off of a 2 1/2 hp Lauson model WA. I don’t see any breaks or repairs. There is no play in shaft and does not show wear. Gear is 5 1/8 to outside. Should be ready to bolt on and use. Most of my item are old and I will try to do my best to give an accurate description.
