Cylinder measures approximately 6″ x 3-1/2″. There are three cutouts at the base of the cylinder. Cap is affixed top the top with an acorn nut. Overall length of the cylinder and valve is 11. Unit is attached to a standard 1 steel pipe. Weighs just under 7 lb. Lever has good spring tension, but we do not have a way to actually test it out. We gently cleaned away years of accumulated dirt and grime, but did not disassemble or polish. May need additional cleaning to suit. Please examine all pictures carefully and consider them as part of the description. There is a an old braised repair to the valve where the lever attaches – Priced accordingly!!
