Here is a reproduction igniter for an Associated or United engine. I believe this is for an engine that uses a straight trip finger. It is in great shape. There is little or no wear in the moveable electrode area. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Mounts to the engine with 2 holes 2 apart on center. For a engine that uses a straight igniter trip. Little or no wear can be felt with the moveable electrode shaft. Thanks for looking at this listing! ASSOCIATED UNITED Hit Miss Gas Engine Connecting Rod ABV Steam Magneto NICE

This is an original connecting rod for an Associated or United hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It may fit several models or sizes so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It has a part number of ABV and is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except it could used a new wrist pin bushing. It measures about 11 1/2 inches from journal center to journal center. It measures about 1 3/8 inch wide at the crankshaft end (without the bearing) and the wrist pin bushing is 1 3/8 inches wide. It measures about 13 9/16 inches long overall and includes the rod bearing and cap which looks to be in good shape. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration or to replace your broken or repaired one here’s your chance. The 7/8 wrist pin is included. 3 new piston rings are included. There’s some pitting on the face as can be seen in the pics but that shouldn’t effect it’s usage. Here is a very nice and hard to find cam gear for a small Associated or United hit and miss engine. I’m not exactly sure what size of engines this will fit so please check the measurements. It has to be half the diameter of your crank gear and have half the number of teeth. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. The mounting hole is about 25/32 in diameter. Bracket fits a variety of the associated and United engines, please measure your engine and research before purchasing!! Gear looks good and spins nicely. The mount spacing that mounts to the side of your engine measures 1 3/4 on centers. The magneto mount spacing is 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ on centers. No breaks or repairs however there is a little bit of a casting flaw on the lower mounting hole area, (less material then usual). I don’t see it being a issue but please use your own judgement. For your consideration is an original Associated or United 1-1/2hp Johnny Boy Water cooler or Busy Boy air cooled cylinder Head for a Hit Miss Stationary Engine. This has brand new valves included with it. There is 1 new valve spring retainer included that still needs machined, the used one needs the center enlarged as it appears to have had larger valve stems installed. The raised part of BFB head for the cylinder bore appears to be 3-5/8″, the bolt pattern appears to be 4-1/2″ on center. The rocker stand has been repaired as can be seen in the pics. It’s been painted silver. The exhaust threads appears to be good.
