Here is a good looking old water pump and eccentric. I believe this is probably originally off of an old side shaft gas engine but I do not know what kind. There are NO cracks, breaks, or welds. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. The piston is 1-1/2. It mounts with 2 holes 2-1/2 apart on center. The hole in eccentric is 1-1/2 (not counting the bushing that is in it). The open water hole is 1/2 threaded pipe. The lubrication hole for the eccentric is threaded and probably had a grease cup. NO Cracks, Breaks, or Welds! Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. If you haven’t caught on this is supposed to be mildly funny but yet serious at the same time. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper you I won’t take it back. This is a very unusual and small original hopper cooled two cycle flywheel type gas engine. It is in excellent original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that i can see or know of. It is quite small measuring only about 10 inches tall and 13 inches long overall. It has 6 1/2 x 1 inch flywheels on it. It turns over nicely with great compression and shouldn’t take much to make run although i haven’t tried it. It has most of it’s original paint on it and more to be found under the grease that’d still on it. It gets it’s fuel from the crankcase and the main bearing caps are cast integral with the crankcase cover. I believe this is a factory built engine as all of the castings, parts, and machine work seems very finished and not crude at all! There is no serial tag or evidence that there ever was one. I’m not sure if the muffler is original or a later addition but i’m sure it does a great job and gives the engine a mellow sound when it’s running. This engine would certainly be an attention getter at the shows! It would be a fine addition to your small engine collection and it’s easy to move around!
