This engine has been restored in recent years and done quite well. The engine has new valves, a new rocker arm pin with oil hole, a rebuilt ignitor, as well as a brand new gas tank with no leaks. Good working ball check oiler. This engine is complete, including the pulley, crankguard, and muffler. The cart this engine is on is homemade, but it is one of the nicest built carts I’ve come across yet, look at the pictures and I think you will agree. When the previous owner rebuilt the engine, instead of sleeving the engine, he knurled the piston which is another way to gain compression, and it worked quite well, the engine has good compression. The only negative on this engine is, the pulley side flywheel has about a 1/4 wobble, it’s the crankshaft that is bent, the flywheel has no issues, and the wobble hurts nothing. This engine is perfectly in time, runs smooth, coasts good, and is ready to hit the shows this summer and fall! Please see pictures and video, and decide for yourself.
