Antique old vintage hit miss gas engine bolster set cast iron large size

Antique old vintage hit miss gas engine bolster set cast iron large size

These are about 70% larger than the small set. These cast iron bolsters take a lot of the work and all of the welding out of making a cart for your engine. One pair of stationary and a pivoting bolster with axle mounting hardware designed to work with axles 1 5/16″ to 2″ in diameter recommended for use on engines 4hp and up. A lot of you have bought wheels in the past with the idea of actually using them one day, well dig them out and dust them off (or leave the dust on) now is your chance to put them back to work even if they take different size axles, due to the design you can run any combination of 1 5/16″ to 2″diameter axles between the front and rear. Bolsters are 5 1/2″ tall and the width spacing between the mounting holes on the pivoting bolster base is 9 ¾”. Finished height of cart will vary depending on the diameter of the wheels used. Cast iron will give an antique look many prefer over fabricated strap steel and help your engine really stand out at the next show. Can of root beer for size comparison, not included. Large IHC Brass Cylinder Oiler for Hit Miss Engine. Oiler is in good condition and ready to use. Has vent tube, check ball and all new gaskets. 4 glass measures 2 1/2″ D x 2 3/8″ H. No breaks, cracks or welds – t here is a ding in the brass on the base – see photos. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to call me with questions. One of the heads have some fins busted off on the underneath side. I included a spare jug, if one wants to replace it?? I sell mostly used or vintage items. Vintage Industrial Thresher Hit-Miss Steam Gas Engine Flat Belt 6 wide. Used Endless Flat Belt. A heavy duty, thicker than most endless belt. The Looped Length laid out is approx 23 feet & 3 inches (approx 1/2 of 46 feet). It is 6 wide. Overall very good condition. Last photo shows some area of edge wear, where is looks like some edge is missing in a couple spots. Photos show it laid out to show condition. It is very dirty.
