I was told that this is for a steam engine. I cannot say that this is true because I do not know. Sizing and shaft size is pictured below. Top part of this is a casting. I could not find any makers marks or number on this item. Condition is good, but not perfect. Bare metal has light rust.

Untested motsinger auto sparker. For a vintage hit and miss engine. Untested, spindle turns freely. Unfortunately the base [cast iron] is broken [see photos]but could be brazed or welded without much diffuculty.

Essex Brass Cylinder Oiler. 2 3/4 deep reservoir with vent tube inside. Brass body has a ding in the front. The top knob is brass that has been painted red – there is one spoke that is cracked. Vintage Industrial Hit-Miss Steam Gas Engine Flat Belt Pulley 4-1/2″ wide x 4-7/8″ diameter. Used Flat Belt Pulley. Very heavy duty casting. Is 4-7/8 diameter at the edge without that riveted on belting in the measurement. The diameter with the riveted belting in the measurement is approx 5-3/16. Face is 4-1/2 wide. Center hole is 1-7/8 diameter. Center hub width is approx 2 wide. Hub is offset to the one side. Has a good cut key way. The lined riveted-on belting on the face is actually in fairly good condition.

A neat ole item that needs a new home it is 8 wide and approx 39′ long, looped over, or 78′ if unlooped! Just a few spots that stand out a little but still very usable in my opinion!
