This is an original ignitor for a 1 1/2-14hp Waterloo or Contract hit and miss or throttle-governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It has very minimal wear on the shaft. It mounts with two holes 2 1/8 inches apart on center. This ignitor will fit all of the sizes of Waterloo and contract engines but please measure your engine or consult your parts book to be sure. Everything moves and functions as it should and it looks to be ready to go to work in an engine. The points are small but look to have quite a bit of life left in them. If you’ve been looking for an ignitor don’t miss your chance on this one. It will likely be a long time before another one turns up! Let the pictures be your guide. You’ll like it.

Governor Weights for 1 1/2HP Waterloo Boy Contract Hit Miss Gas Engine. Governor weights and brackets are good condition and ready to use. 2 5/8 apart on center 3 bolt mounting. Weight is 4 1/4 L. Original part no breaks or welds cast iron with some original paint and grease. I do my best to describe each item. Please feel free to call me with questions. I believe this setup is for a Waterloo boy model H engine, however I do not personally have a H with a mag setup to 100% guarantee that so please research and see all photos. What you see is what I have. The magneto armature is not stuck. I believe the magnets that are currently on the magneto are incorrect. I do not see any breaks or repairs on the bracket itself. The 2 mounting holes on the bracket measure 2 1/8 on centers. See pictures for the absolute best description.

This is an original cylinder head with valves for a Waterloo or contract hit and miss gas engine. I believe it is for a 4hp engine and is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of except for two cracks which I’ve pointed out which should be a pretty straightforward repair. It mounts on a 4″ square hole pattern and the step that goes into the cylinder is about 4 1/4″ in diameter. All of the threads are in great shape. The valves move as they should with minimal wear and may need a bit of cleaning as this head has been sitting for a while. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance. The pictures tell the story. This is an original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a Waterloo or Contract hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It should fit all sizes of the Waterloo and Contract engines but please measure your engine to be sure it will work for you. It is bracket number 303K8 and seems to be in good shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of except that it needs a new roller and spring both of which are readily available. The points are in great shape and the movable shaft has very little noticeable wear and moves as it should. It mounts with two holes 2 1/8 inches apart on center and the magneto mounts on a 2 x 2 inch hole pattern. After the addition of a roller and some very minor attention this should be a good, usable ignitor. If you need a Waterloo or Contract ignitor bracket for any reason here is a pretty nice one. These K8 brackets are getting harder to find with each passing year so don’t miss it. The pictures tell the story. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.
