Original Peru Plow Company large jobber engine truck as used under Waterloo and several other gas engines originally. 6 channel iron rails are 15 3/4 inches wide and 96 inches long which is easily adjusted. The wheels are 27 and 34 inches in diameter with 4 inch faces. It has a recent weld repair on the pivot plate which was very well done and difficult to see. No other cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. The axles are greased and it’s ready to set an engine on! It has a very nicely done oak tongue and has the original seat brackets inside the channels as can be seen. These larger engine trucks are tough to find and make your engine a lot easier to move! I can deliver for free (or a cold beverage) to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, or Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, next year. It can stay here as long as needed as long as it’s paid for. Barn fresh just the way we like to find them! Early Waterloo-built 1 1/2hp United engine. In good shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see other than the rocker stand which I believe is available as a reproduction. Turns over nicely even after sitting for decades. Has what I believe is the original gas tank in the box and is on the original skids. Some original paint showing with much more hiding under the grease and oil. Engine will need a mechanical restoration as a few things are worn but will be a very straightforward project. Engine last ran in the early 1960′s to pump water for cattle per previous owner. Not many survivors like this left to be found! I can deliver for free (or a cold beverage) to Coolspring, PA, later this month. It can stay here as long as needed as long as it’s paid for. This is a VERY hard to find original Dixie 246-T 2-cylinder base mount magneto. It was used on the Waterloo Boy and early John Deere D tractors and power units and probably had other 2-cylinder applications. It is in excellent shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of and looks to have been rebuilt in the recent past. It is counter clockwise rotation and the impulse works as it should. Everything works as it should. It turns over nicely with no bearing wear that I can feel. It has good magnetism and puts out a nice blue spark on both leadouts. Everything inside the points cover looks to be in great shape. It mounts on a 2 inch square bolt pattern and the mounting threads are in great shape. These original Dixie 246-T magnetos are almost impossible to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one for an authentic restoration here’s a really nice one. Early 1 1/2hp Waterloo Boy on original factory cart. Engine has older paint with quite a bit of original underneath. It should be pretty easy to strip down to the original layer. Engine has been shown in the past couple years and turns over nicely with decent compression but may benefit from new rings. Has original gear guard, crank guard, and non original muffler. No cracks, breaks, or repairs on the engine or cart that I can see or know of. Shouldn’t take much to make noise with it! It is missing the name tag but good reproductions are available quite inexpensively. I can deliver for free to Coolspring, PA, later this year. Twenty years ago the previous owner had it bored and sleeved, with new rings, and crank. Two wheels on the cart have old repairs and all the wheels are a bit wobbly with age but cart pulls nice and is solid. I would guess that the head has an old repair, lower left side, but not sure on that either, starts easy and runs great, (sure on that) crank guard is a reproduction. I can help with loading on this end. I can store it out of the weather for a few months once paid in full, if needed. PS: the old boy is running in some of the pictures. Here is a 303K8 Webster magneto igniter bracket that I think is for a Waterloo Boy gas engine. Please take a look at the pictures and see if you need it. No cracks, breaks, or welds, that I can see or know of. Only minimal wear can be felt in the movable electrode. It looks like someone has replaced the points at some point but they look like they should work good in my opinion. Uses a K or L magneto with the 2″ x 2″ mounting pattern. Mounts to the engine with two holes 2-1/8 apart on center. I try to list items very accurately but my opinions on condition may differ from yours. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. If you haven’t caught on this is supposed to be mildly funny but yet serious at the same time. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper you I won’t take it back.
