Here is a nice Webster K magneto. It is very hot and in great shape. The bearings are very tight, only a very minimal amount of wear. It spins freely with the springs off just as it should. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. If you have any questions 419 789 1159. SPECIAL NOTE: This is a low tension magneto, it is meant to work with an igniter and will not produce at spark that will jump an air gap. It will not work with a spark plug. The spark it produces can be observed by rubbing a wire from the terminal against the case of the mag while turning the shaft. It does have to be timed to the engine. 2″ x 2″ mounting pattern. All the studs are in great shape and are tight in their holes. Only a very minimal amount of wear. Spins freely with the springs off. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. In my opinion this is a great magneto. If you have any questions about how to use it on your engine please ask. 303K147 Webster Mag Igniter Bracket for. Fits 4, 6 or 8 HP Desjardins. No cracks, breaks or welds that I can see. Mounts to engine with two holes 3 1/16 apart on center. Here is a nice Webster M magneto. It is very hot and in great shape. It is very tight, only a very minimal amount of wear. It spins freely with the springs off just as it should. There is one very tiny little crack by one of the mounting studs that is typical and shouldn’t hurt a thing, see pic with my pen pointing to it. This is a rather hard to find original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a Galloway hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It should fit all sizes of Galloway engines but please measure your engine to be sure it will work for you. It is bracket number 303K16 and seems to be in great shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It mounts with two holes 2 3/8 inches apart on center and the magneto mounts on a 2 inch square hole pattern. It moves a bit stiff and after a disassembly and light cleaning of the shaft it should make a great usable ignitor. If you need a Galloway ignitor bracket for any reason here is a pretty nice one. The pictures tell the story. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. Here is a Webster JY magneto. The mag appears to be and great shape and rebuilt. This mag is often used on IHC and other larger engines. They are very hard to find and are especially hard to find in this condition. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Model JY, Serial No. It appears to have had new bushings installed, no wear can be felt. The mounting pattern is about 2-13/16″ x 2-15/32″. This is a low tension magneto meant to work with an igniter. It will not produce a spark that will jump an air gap no matter who tells you it will or how close you hold the wire to ground.. It makes a spark that can be seen when the igniter points open. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for.
