For your consideration is an original Webster Magneto Bracket 303M1 for Hercules & Econonomy Engines. This fits the 1-1/2hp engines. The timing lever moves and appears to be repaired on the roller shaft. Its repaired on the angle where the mag mounts on as can be seen in the pics. The moveable electrode still moves and is spring loaded but could use a new spring. The points will need touched up. 303K19 WEBSTER MAGNETO IGNITER BRACKET for. Mounts to the engine with 2 holes about 2 7/16 apart on center. Mag mounting is 2″ x 2″ for a K mag. This bracket takes a mag that has the trip roller mounted to it. No cracks, breaks or welds. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to call me with questions. This is very likely a hard to find original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. I think it is for a large Weber sideshaft but if you know differently please educate me! It is bracket number 303J83 and is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except a very well done old braze repair where the roller attaches to the body. It has very little noticeable wear on the movable shaft or on the points. It mounts with two 9/16 inch holes 3 11/16 inches apart on center and the magneto mounts on a 2 7/16 x 2 13/16 inch bolt pattern. It should take a Webster JY or PY magneto. This bracket is ready to be used on an engine. The pictures tell the story. These big Webster ignitors are quite tough to find so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one.
