For your consideration is an original 2hp Headless Witte Exhaust Valve Cage for a Hit Miss Stationary Engine. The mounting holes are 2-3/4 on center. The studs for the intake assembly are 2-5/8 on center. This has a new valve included, the seat may need lapped. It uses a 1/2″ NPT spark plug, and the 1″ NPT exhaust thread is in good shape. Here is a nice old shaft mount clutch pulley. I think it is originally for a Witte but it would look great on many different old engines. Everything appears to be in great shape and functional. Small clutch pulleys like this are extremely hard to find. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. Mounts on a 1-1/2″ shaft, the mounting hole is about 5-1/8″ deep. Has a key way and 2 set screws for mounting. It’s about 11 long. Its in great shape and should be ready to use. 41 lbs actual weight before box and packing material. For questions 419 789 1159. For your consideration is an original Witte Carburetor or Fuel Mixer. I believe it’s for a 2hp Model B but I could be wrong. It has 1-1/2″ outside diameter and 3/4″ deep of the smooth part that Mounts it in the head. Both fuel adjustment needles move, the butterfly moves as it should. It’s a little rusty inside but should clean up. I’m unsure what threads are on the tank side line. It’s in original patina. This is an original cast iron crankguard or fender for a Witte hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for some small rust holes in the round door which should be easy to repair if you so choose. It mounts with two holes 6 1/8 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. These cast iron crankguards are rather tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they’re so often missing so if you need one here’s your chance! The pictures tell the story. Carb equipped for starting with gas and main tank for kerosene. Will fire when primed but I have not been able to adjust it to keep running. The extra strap in the photos is for holding it on the cart. I have extra literature and instruction booklets for the Wico Ek magneto and the engine. For a 100+ year old engine, it is in good clean condition; until this week, the engine last ran 10 years ago. We fired it up this week! We test ran it for 10 minutes. 2 HP engine; engine spins freely, no cracks / no splits in the casting. Weighs over 250 lbs (estimated). Comes with hand crank, buzz box ignition, new fuel tank, some exhaust piping and wooden sled. The unit has been in my family for 40+ years and was run every 2 or 3 years until 2013 (when the owner passed away). Lightly used; In 40 years, it has less than 2 hours of run time. It was always stored in a dry location; our garage or in our shed. Water cooling compartment has no cracks or leaks; the water drain valve works.. There appears to be braze repair on exhaust valve rocker arm (photo) but it is mechanically sound. Please contact me if you have questions.
