This model is copied for a 1 1/2 H. This engine is referred to as a windmill engine. It was primarily used for pumping water when wind was not available. It has a 9 flywheel; fly-ball hit and miss governor on a vertical side shaft. They no longer have this engine available on there site. If you messed up machining your first on here is your chance.
