This is an extremely hard to find original fairbanks morse vertical blow torch that was used under the heads of the fairbanks morse y diesel engines to warm them up for starting. It stands about 13 1/2 inches tall and is in good condition for its age. The pump handle moves as it should but it will likely need new packing or leathers which is the fun part. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs anywhere on the torch and with just a little elbow grease it should be ready to go to work. It even has the original fairbanks morse tag and wind guard on it and some nice original paint! These original torches hardly ever turn up in the wild or at swap meets so don’t miss your chance on it. It will likely be a while before another one turns up.
