Here’s a very hard to find original truck for a 6hp John Lauson or Alpha DeLaval hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It was cut apart to lengthen to haul aluminum irrigation pipe after the engine was gone. It seems to have very little wear on the wheels or axles. The wheels are 24 and 34 inches in diameter with 3 1/2 inch faces. All of the original cast iron hub caps and retaining pins are there. The 5 inch channel irons are 72 inches long and could either be welded back together or replaced easily enough. The rear axle seems to be in good shape but the front axle will need some attention including a few castings. This will be a really nice truck with some effort and would look good under most any 5-8hp engine depending on physical size. They are extremely tough to find so don’t miss your chance on it. The pictures tell the story. I can deliver this for free to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, engine shows or swap meets next year.
