Wow, what a find, Central Scientific Co. This was made to take to the patent office to get the patent for this hit n miss. The crank works and it is such a cool display piece. Where ya going to find another like it, ya wont. I bought this from a very old collector and this info was passed on to me. I did not clean or attempt to clean anything on it.
