1/2 Pickering Vertical 2 Fly Ball Governor. Stands 16 tall base to tip. Both drive pulleys look good. The band that connects the governor ball is broken. The piece is stuck but it does have some movement. It will need to be taken apart to be cleaned and/or repaired. Please be sure to review photos to see if this piece is right for you.
