This is an original cast iron governor assemly for a 3hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. I believe it is also correct for the 6hp Z engines. It bolts to the side of the engine with two holes 2 1/4 inches apart on center and is for the earlier style engines so do your homework to be sure it is for your application. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. Everything seems to move as it should and it seems to have very little noticeable wear. It includes the throttle linkage for a 3hp engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration because yours is missing, broken, or repaired here is a very nice one.
