This is an original cylinder head with valves for a Stover CT Series hit and miss gas engine. It is part number 6CT1 and is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It has some filler added to the back face which looks to have been done at the factory and affects nothing. It mounts on a 3 1/8 square hole pattern and is from a 1 1/2 or 2hp engine. All of the threads are in great shape. The valves move as they should with minimal wear and may need a bit of cleaning as this head has been sitting for a while. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance. The pictures tell the story.
