This is an old cast iron gear pump that would work great to circulate cooling water or oil on a hit and miss gas engine or early tractor. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It has 1/2 npt threads that are in great shape. It stands about 4 1/2 inches tall and is about 8 1/2 inches long. The shaft is 5/8 diameter to fit the pulley of your choice. It has steel or cast iron gears and turns nice and smoothly as it should and should be ready to be used on an engine or put on the shelf awaiting your next project. The pictures tell the story. These gear pumps are extremely hard to find in the wild or even in the collector network so if you need one here is your chance. It will likely be a long time before another one comes along!
