This is an original Marvel Schebler TSX 999 carburetor for a Waukesha industrial engine or power unit. It may have other applications as well. It has been sitting on the shelf for many years awaiting a project. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. I believe it was rebuilt by a previous owner. The throttle shaft and choke shaft both have no noticeable wear but the choke plate is missing. It mounts with two studs 2 11/16 inches apart on center. It has a 1 5/16 inch hole where it bolts to the manifold and a 1 7/8 inch intake hole. I would say with the addition of a choke plate this carburetor should be ready for use. These original carburetors are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one for an authentic restoration here’s a very nice one.
