I have what I think is a early or hand made Hit And Miss Engine cart. I looked for a company Name plate Or don’t know if this is handmade. This cart has a large pulley with a Ohio Reducing gear and a steel knuckle and the gears and pulley works. This is great piece of history and don’t know if this is John Deere or International Harvester or some other brand. Where the engine stands is Green and Red on the long Angle Iron. The sizes/Measurements are: The total length is almost 50 inches long. The front metal Axle is 19″ long From the knuckle to the pulley is 14″ long The big pulley is 12 7/8″ big Small gear is 10″ long and it is a cast iron Ohio Gear with part number IS 12120 The knuckle shaft is 13 long. I have tried to find anything close to this on the net but can’t find anything close. The gears turn like it was new and clean. In the front there was 2 eyelids that was used for pulling but one is broken. They don’t give me much of a option?
