This is a model 92 Maytag engine built in the late 1920′s. It has been restored from the ground up. I disassembled it and bead blasted the parts, sealed the tank, resized the rod journal, and went through the carburetor. I put in new piston rings and honed the cylinder. I ran two tanks of fuel through the engine to help with break in. Then I drained the fuel, cleaned and painted it, and applied the decal. Care was taken to make the engine look and run as it did when it left the factory 85 years ago. Individually and not included in the sale of these engines. I have restored more than 100 of these over the years so the experience helps make a nice restoration, the right way. You could also come to my farm in Northern Iowa to pick it up.
