This is a very nice original and very hard to find cast iron starting crank for a Desjardin orJulien hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It fits on a 2 or 2 1/16″ inch crankshaft as it has a 2 1/8″ hole and will work to start many engines but it came from the factory with a Desjardin or Julien engine. The starting lug is in great shape. It is ready to go to work starting an engine! These cranks are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you need one to complete a restoration here it is. It would surely make starting your engine easier!
