This is an original cast iron piston and connecting rod assembly for a 1 1/2 or 2hp Hercules or Economy hit and miss gas engine. It may fit other models or sizes so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for the boss for the wrist pin set screw which can be relocated to the other side. The wrist pin bushing needs to be replaced and the rod bearing is missing but is available from several of the hobby suppliers. The piston measures about 3 1/4 inches in diameter and about 4 1/4 inches long. It is about 2 1/8 inches from the top to the center of the 5/8 inch diameter wrist pin hole. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets!
