Here is a Fairbanks Morse Type R magneto. This mag has the gear and impulse that is correct for some 3hp and 6hp FM Z engines with the angle cut gears. These mags with the impulse are hard to find! This mag makes a very hot spark. It turns over fine just as it should. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. If you want to talk about it 419 789 1159. Only very minimal wear can be felt. Turns smoothly just as it should. The gear is about 3-11/16 in diameter and has 35 teeth. The impulse works great. Mounts with 2 holes about 3-7/8 apart on center. For Questions 419 789 1159. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. Very nice reproduction battery/toolbox seat for the Fairbanks Morse N and T engines. It is for a portable with the foot rest but this could be removed if you wanted to use it on a skidded engine. Meticulously made just like the originals with the handrails, stretcher rods, and custom hasps. Measures approximately 15 x 18 x 18 3/4 tall to the top of the hinged seat. All unplated hardware and fasteners. Ready to finish as you choose. I made one for my 6hp T and for a 5hp N and only have this one extra. This should be the correct size for the 4-8hp N engines and the 6-12hp T engines but may be correct for the larger engines, too. Please do your homework to be sure it is correct for you. I will deliver for free (or a cold beverage) to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, later this year. It could also be picked up here. Let the pictures be your guide. This is an original cylinder head with valves for a 3hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. It mounts with four holes on a 4 1/4 square pattern and is correct for the spark plug fired 3hp engines. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It has the original valves, springs, and keepers as can be seen. The valves move as they should and other than some minor cleaning this head should be ready to be used on an engine. The pictures tell the story. These original unbroken, unrepaired cylinder heads are quite tough to find so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. This is a very hard to find original fuel pump for a Fairbanks Morse Y diesel engine. It is part number YF145C and is in original and used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. It mounts with two holes 3 1/2 inches apart on center. The plunger is stuck but I’m sure with a little heat and some patience it should free up. The plunger driver link is still on the plunger. I believe this pump is used on many sizes of the Fairbanks Morse Y engines. The pictures tell the story. These fuel pumps are extremely hard to find in the wild or even in the collector network so if you need one here is your chance. It will likely be a long time before another one comes along! Here’s a real nice original 16 clutch pulley for a Fairbanks Morse Z. It has a 6 face and is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs other than a repair on the handwheel which could easily be dressed down. It mounts to the flywheel with three holes 7 3/8″ apart on center and has a 2 1/4″ bore for the crankshaft. It will fit directly onto a 6hp Z or could be bushed down to fit the 3hp Z. It may also fit some of the Fairbanks H or T engines or it could fit many engines with an adapter plate. Everything moves and functions as it should and it’s ready to be used on an engine. These clutch pulleys make it nice to run belt driven implements and they really dress an engine up.
