Fairbanks Morse Type “R” Magneto High Tension Magneto. I recharged the magnets to make sure it was at full strength. Bench tested and guaranteed to be a HOT mag. 3 7/8 apart-on-center mounting. Solid body with signs of wear on one side that will not affect use. In my opinion, the mag is in good condition and ready to use. PLEASE REVIEW THE PHOTOS TO DETEMINE IF THIS IS RIGHT FOR YOU. This is an original cast iron sub base for a 3hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. It should fit all of the variations of 3hp Z engines. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. The crankcase mounts to it on a 9 x 17 inch hole pattern and the theads are in perfect shape. This sub base should be ready to be used under an engine. The pictures tell the story. These original unbroken, unrepaired sub bases are quite tough to find so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. This is a real nice original cast iron pulley for a hit and miss gas engine or other implement. It was originally for a Fairbanks Morse Z, T, or H engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has a 6 1/2 inch face and is 12 inches in diameter. It mounts to every other spoke of the flywheel with three holes 7 3/8 inches apart on center. It should fit on the 3hp and 6hp Z engines and also the 3hp, 4hp, and 6hp H and T engines. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. It will fit on any engine with an adapter plate. These original cast iron pulleys are rather tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really set an engine off! They also make it possible to run belt driven implements with your engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance. This is an original cam gear and cam shaft for an early 3hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. It is for the earlier style engines that used a Sumter Plugoscillator magneto for ignition so do your homework to be sure it is for your application. It may also work on the rotary magneto engines but I think the cam lobe may be different. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of except that an addition was made to the side of the cam to convert the engine to spark plug ignition. This protrusion could easily be removed. There is some were in the high spot on one edge of the cam that could also be remedied quite easily. The gear measures about 7 3/16 inches in diameter with a 5/8 inch face. It is abou 3 inches long through the 3/4 inch bore. It has 70 teeth and they are in great shape. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration because yours is missing, broken, or repaired here is a decent one. The pictures tell the story. This is an original cast iron governor assemly for a 3hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. I believe it is also correct for the 6hp Z engines. It bolts to the side of the engine with two holes 2 1/4 inches apart on center and is for the earlier style engines so do your homework to be sure it is for your application. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. Everything seems to move as it should and it seems to have very little noticeable wear. It includes the throttle linkage for a 3hp engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration because yours is missing, broken, or repaired here is a very nice one.
