Here is a nice used governor for a 1 1/2 or 3 hp John Deere type E engine. Everything moves and functions as it should. The gear appears to be in good condition. Take a look at the pictures and see if you need it.

Here is a John Deere low tension magneto. This is the mag that most 1-1/2hp, 3hp, and 6hp John Deere E hit and miss engines use. This mag is stuck and has a broken case. The shaft will turn on one end but doesn’t appear to turn on the other end. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. 3/8 shaft for gear. No spark Cracking on case. Leadout tower may not be original. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. In my opinion this is a parts magneto. Here is an original cam box top for a John Lauson or Alpha De Laval hit and miss engine. It seems to be in pretty good shape. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. AC7 its also marked with an R in the center of it. The mounting pattern to the engine is 3-3/16″ x 2-1/4″. The holes for the magneto clamps are about 5-1/16 apart on center. The holes for the mag locater pins are 2 apart on center. No cracks, breaks, or welds that I can see or know of. For questions 419 789 1159. Thanks for looking at this listing!
