Magneto is in good condition and ready to use. Webster type JY1 flip type. HOT – throws a nice blue spark. Bolt pattern 2 1/2″ X 2 7/8″. Threads all look good. Here is a Webster K magneto. It makes an excellent spark. The bearings have only very minimal or no wear. Still has some of its original gold paint and decal. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Model K, Serial No. Very tight bearings, only very minimal or no wear. The mounting pattern is about 2″ x 2″. All studs fit tight in their holes. There is no cracking that I can see or know of. This is a low tension magneto meant to work with an igniter. It will not produce a spark that will jump an air gap no matter who tells you it will or how close you hold the wire to ground.. It makes a spark that can be seen when the igniter points open. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. Here is a Webster M magneto. This mag has the desirable all brass body. It makes an excellent spark. There is one screw broken off that will not hurt a thing, and it would be easy to remove if you wanted to. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Model M, Serial No. The mounting pattern is about 1-1/2″ x 2″. No armature drag, the armature spins freely with the springs off. This is a low tension magneto meant to work with an igniter. It will not produce a spark that will jump an air gap no matter who tells you it will or how close you hold the wire to ground.. It makes a spark that can be seen when the igniter points open. Here is a nice Webster Type 2 GX magneto. It is very hot and in great shape. No wear can be felt on the armature bearings. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. If you have any questions 419 789 1159. SPECIAL NOTE: This is a low tension magneto, it is meant to work with an igniter and will not produce at spark that will jump an air gap. It will not work with a spark plug. Type 2 GX Magneto. The mounting holes are 2-3/8 apart on center. No wear on the armature bearings. Weighs 9-1/2 lbs before any box or packing material. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. In my opinion this is a great magneto. If you have any questions about how to use it on your engine please ask.
