Here is an original governor assembly for a 2-1/2hp to 12hp Hercules, Economy, or Jeager engine. It is in great shape but it has a couple repairs. Those repairs look straight and strong. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Has a couple welds but they look straight and strong. The mounting holes are 2 apart on center. Here is an original bolt on 12 Clutch Pulley for a 2-1/2hp to 12hp Hercules, Economy, or Jeager engine. It is in excellent original condition. It is also the most desirable and best working style of clutch out of the different ones made. It will engage and disengage just fine but the main part of it is stuck. It might just need a little time with penetrating fluid or it may need a small amount of heat. The good thing is that if its stuck it is also probably really tight without much wear. It might also just free up if it was used, I don’t think it will be a problem. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. 12″ Diameter, 6-1/4″ wide face. Mounts to the engine flywheel on every other spoke. The distance between the mounting bolts is 9-1/2 on center. No cracks, breaks, or welds. The (3), 1/2″x2″ square head bolts and nuts that mounted it on the last engine are included. It’s in Great shape and original patina. It weighs 12.5 lbs actual weight before the box and packing material. Here is a head for a Waterloo Boy or similar engine. The valve appear to have been replaced and they fit very nicely. There is a old repair that appears to be an old gas weld where cast iron was melted back in. I think it looks good but it could also be cleaned up to look perfect I think. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Came off an engine marked 2-1/2hp. Has an old repair that looks good. 4″ x 4″ mounting. Overall diameter is about 7-5/8. The raised center is about 3-7/8 in diameter. Still has some old gasket material on it that will need to be removed. 1 pipe for carb mounting. 1-1/2 pipe for exhaust.
