Here is a original igniter for a Associated or United engine. It needs mica, I think it just has steel washers in place of the mice currently. The bolt for the clamp needs to be replaced with one that has a smaller head, it currently interferes with the post as it is. Check out the pictures and see if it something you need! Here is an original magneto for an Associated Pony Engine. It appears to be in great shape but it is stuck. I have not tried to take it apart and free it up. The man I bought it from said it was a great hot mag a few years ago. It is basically a JD mag that Associated turned into a high tension mag for the Pony engines. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. If you want to talk about it 419 789 1159. 2 mounting pattern, the threads seem to be perfect. The case has a couple very slight hairline cracks at the corner edge (see pics), that is a common things with these mags and will not hurt a thing. The gear is cast iron and is about 4-11/32 in diameter. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. I have not had most of these mags apart and may not know what the inside looks like. If you want advice on how to use it please give me a call and I’ll be glad to help. Here is a very nice magneto for an Associated hit and miss gas engine. It makes an excellent spark. Has a small amount of normal wear. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. SPECIAL NOTE: This is a low tension magneto, it is meant to work with an igniter and will not produce at spark that will jump an air gap. It will not work with a spark plug. The spark it produces can be observed by rubbing a wire from the terminal against the case of the mag while turning the shaft. It does have to be timed to the engine. 5/8 shaft for gear mounting. 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ mounting pattern. All of the mounting holes seem to have excellent threads. Only very minimal wear. Head for 1 3/4 HP Associated Chore Boy / United Hit Miss Engines. Head is in good original condition. 3/8 diameter hole for rocker arm mounting. The mounting hole pattern is 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ apart on center 4 bolt mounting. 2 bolts for pushrod clamp are 1 3/4 apart. 1 threads for exhaust – exhaust threads are broken out on one side, but still able to hold the muffler. Carburetor for 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 HP ASSOCIATED Hit Miss Gas Engine. Carburetor is in good condition and ready to use. 2 3/4 on center mounting. 1/4 threads for fuel line. Needle valve looks good. RARE part and hard to come by. Great condition with no breaks, cracks or welds. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to call me with questions. Here is a nice old shaft mount clutch pulley. I think its originally for and Associated or United engine but it would look great on many different old engines.. The parts of this pulley are stuck. I think it would loosen up easily. In my experience clutch pulleys like this always come apart without to much work. If it were actually mounted on an engine it would be easier to grab on to and see if it would turn. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. 18″ Diameter, 8″ wide face. Mounts on a 2 shaft. The mounting hole is about 10-1/4 deep measured from the edge of the pulley face. Has a key way and 2 set screws for mounting. It is stuck, but should be easy to free up. 117 lbs actual weight before box and packing material. Thanks for looking at this listing!
