For your consideration is an original International Harvester, IHC, McCormick Deering model M Igniter. The shaft moves as it should. The 1/2″ bolts are 2-1/2″ on center. The cylinder area that goes in the engine is about 1-5/8″ diameter 1-3/8″ long. It’s painted with a red or brown primer. The spring may need wound tighter in the middle for it to function correctly. Here is an original push rod & igniter trip assembly for a 1-1/2hp John Deere E gas engine. It appears to be in great shape. Please take a look at the pictures and see if you need it. About 14-3/4 in overall length. 7/16 diameter push rod. For questions 419 789 1159. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. Here is an original Webster igniter bracket for an 8 Cycle Aermotor gas engine. It appears to be in great shape. I think the moveable shaft has been replaced because there is no wear to be felt at all. It is missing its trip roller but those are easy to get as reproductions. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. Mounts to the engine with 2 holes 1-7/8 apart on center. Take a Webster M or AMM magneto with a 1-1/2″ x 2″ bolt pattern. No wear can be felt on the moveable electrode shaft, I think its been redone. Will trip roller but those are easy to get. Correct mag trip block included. Thanks for looking at this listing! Here is an original igniter that is for a 2hp or 3hp IHC Famous Vertical engine engine. It seems to be in very good shape. I think it might be rebuilt but I’m not sure who did the work. It functions just as it should and there is no noticeable amount of wear or play in the moving parts. There is a very slight amount of braze on the body, I’d guess someone probably had a ground terminal on it at one time and it was removed. That will not hurt a thing.
