These new cast iron wheels measure 11″ x 2-3/4″ and are patterned from an antique wheel so they have a nice old look to them. They weigh 25 pounds each and feature six round spokes with a 1-11/16″ bore for use on 1-1/4″ pipe and the outer diameter is machined flat. 1915 engine flywheel from a hit and miss engine, probably to run a pump. Fuller and Johnson was on the isthmus in Madison Wisconsin. The serial number puts it in the 1915 range. It has been soda blasted, linseed oiled and waxed. On the back, I prepared it for wall hanging and it hangs safely. It weighs 51 pounds, the diameter is 15 3/4″, depth 3″ The handle for cranking the engine is original, it hinges out and was designed to swing in during engine operation. This is a real nice old and original hand operated fuel, gas, water, or oil pump. If you know the original application please educate me! It is in excellent original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It stands about 9 inches tall. There is very little noticeable wear anywhere on it and everything works as it should. It mounts with two holes 2 1/4 inches apart on center. I believe it is ready to be used or put on your shelf for a spare or conversation piece. It will likely be a long time before another one turns up so don’t miss it. This is a real nice original cast iron pulley for a Hercules or Economy hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has some extra holes drilled in the face of it for some lagging but these won’t affect anything and could easily be filled if you so choose. It has a 7 inch face and is 16 inches in diameter. It mounts to every other spoke of the flywheel with three holes 9 1/2 inches apart on center. It should fit the 3hp through 14hp engines but may fit other models or sizes as well. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. It will fit on any engine with an adapter plate. These original bigger cast iron pulleys are rather tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really set an engine off! They also make it possible to run belt driven implements with your engine. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration here’s your chance. This one is ready to be put to work on an engine or put into your inventory for a spare. The pictures tell the story.
